Kit visited Hill Library in Strafford this summer! She stopped by as part of their summer learning program.
Children learned several things during this interactive session including:
The seven types of sea turtles
What they like to eat
What it means to be endangered
Other types of sea animals
Dangers to sea animals
How they can help
Kit found the kids to be very knowledgeable and inquisitive. They participated in an interactive game to test their sea turtle knowledge. And they made bookmarks to take home. It was a fun day for everyone. Thank you to Megan and Hill Library for including us in their summer program!
